NAOS is looking for its new Medical Project Manager, based in Lyon (France).
As Medical Project Manager you will be part of the international NAOS Medical team and report directly to the Medical Relations Director.
Your main missions will be the following:
Medical valorisation of the brands (BtoB and BtoBtoC), in collaboration with the Brand teams, as part of the medical communication plan.
Medical support of the marketing teams.
Work on medical contents to accompany the various actions aimed directly at the medical community on an international level (Webinars, Advisory boards, Symposiums, Podcasts, Interviews…).
Support of countries for the organization of their medical events.
Realization of documents post-medical events
Regular review of medical publications and guidelines in the field of Dermatology.
Coordination of medical documents realized by external partners.
Production of medical content for the NAOS international websites.
Represent the company at medical events and animate its medical community on the booth of international congresses.

Savoir-faire et Savoir-être requis pour le poste
Significant experience in similar position.
Double profile: Master degree Business school / University + Medical / Scientific background (pharmacist, biologist, chemist…).
Significant international experience.
Proven success in producing medical contents.
Proven responsibility in conducting projects in the field of medical communication.
Competences – main skills required :
Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English, including medical & scientific language)
Autonomy, sense of organization and rigor.
Collaborative & team spirit.
Capacity to work in a cross-functional environment with international exchanges
Flexible and adaptable, embracing the challenges of a fast-moving environment: internally (NAOS transformation) and externally (profound social and behaviour shifts in the areas of health).
