INTRODUCTION
Our Global Business Unit Medical consists of 2 sub units: Pain Therapy and Urology.
In Pain Therapy, we are the inventors of the DolorClast radial shock wave treatment of orthopedic and sports medical injuries and dysfunctions. Our Guided DolorClast Therapy is a proven solution founded on highest clinical evidence. More than 100 million patients have been treated with our high energy DolorClast radial and focus shock wave as well as laser therapies.
In Urology we focus on innovative, game-changing products and therapies to remove kidney stones and stones in other locations. We are market leader in rigid lithotripsy and own a significant share in flexible lithotripsy. Our latest invention, the Lithoclast Trilogy pushes stone management to a new dimension with faster and safer stone removal. Until today, we have successfully treated more than 13 million patients.

To achieve this goal we have created our Swiss Urology Academy and Swiss DolorClast Academy.
MISSION
We are searching for an experienced and creative Education Manager working in the medical business environment (preferred Urology or Orthopedics / Sports medicine), who will shape the future of our two Swiss Medical Academies, our scientific programs and user education. You will directly report into the Global Director Business Unit Medical.
RESPONSABILITIES
Develop our scientific and education platforms Urology and Pain Therapy by implementing similar structures and procedures.
Interviewing and recruiting new trainers
Training the newly recruited trainers and allocating them work
Teamwork with our product managers and specialists in Urology and Pain Therapy
Work closely with our international medical advisory boards, KOLs and surgeons
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
Create new and improve existing education formats, digitally and on-site
Manage and evaluate the development of new courses
Prepare and manage the reports and present them before the higher authorities and trustees
Participate in international and local trade shows and congresses
Understand and anticipate customer and market demand for education content, formats and future trends
Appreciate the value of indirect leadership and working in a matrix organization

Profile
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Education management position in Urology, Orthopedics or Sportsmedicine or in a comparable medical environment
Experienced in creating and managing state-of-the-art education programs
Knowledge about curriculum development
Expert in people management
Ability of effective communication and presentation
Ability to undertake detailed researches
